Brian LoTempio


As an ex-collegiate soccer player, Brian continues to chase his own competitive goals through various endurance feats. He currently has raced 8 marathons, completed 2 ultra-marathons, and continues to find ways to move the needle. Although he enjoys getting into the weeds when talking exercise physiology, nothing fills his cup up more than sharing a few miles with friends in the running community.

FITNESS STYLE

Brian blends a mix of functional mobility, strength exercises, and simple breathwork protocols to optimize and improve movement patterns, joint ranges, and overall performance. During the day, he practices as a sports chiropractor, who connects the dots between rehab & performance for his clients. Outside of the clinic, he helps everyday professionals uplift & elevate their endurance and athleticism by orchestrating strength, mobility, and running programs that push them towards their goals.
