Kara Lennon


Kara's got it big - big beats, big hair and big personality. As a seasoned instructor and leader with almost a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she spends her days coaching others to be their best both inside and outside of the gym. She holds a Bachelors in Health + Exercise Science and has spent the past decade expanding her knowledge with certifications and coaching several different fitness modalities. Her goal is that you always leave her class feeling both physically AND mentally stronger than when you walked in.

Kara’s style is best described as “professional hype girl” — approachable, welcoming and fun. No shortage of challenging programming AND lighthearted banter in her classes. She believes in keeping it simple with training and that reflects in both her programming and coaching.
