Meet the Team

From Salem, MA (no I’m not a witch), grew up playing sports and got into the Boston fitness community 7 years ago and never looked back. If I’m not at the gym I’m working at Neptune Oyster, yes the famous one in the north end. A few of my favorite things are traveling, live music and chasing a new challenging fitness goal.

My class is filled with big lifts and my even bigger energy. I want to be everyone’s workout bestie, cheering them on through every step of the way whatever their fitness journey is. Hoping each client leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.
