
Meet the Team
Laura Witkowski
Growing up I dabbled in just about every sport from baseball to cheerleading but nothing stuck quite like the gym. My mom was an avid gym goer (hello Bally's) and then she embraced powerlifting in her 30s. Her coach used to allow me to come and would give me my own routines. In my 20s I fell in love with spin and began instructing. Fitness, particularly group fitness has been an ever evolving love for me. I've now been in the fitness industry as a coach for 13 years. As trends come and go, I'd say lifting is here to stay. I now want to normalize a place for everyone in the gym and make fitness as a lifestyle something everyone can embrace while having fun.
FITNESS STYLE
Foundational. Simple and effective. I believe in mastering the basics, working on overall form and technique. You can't build a strong house on a weak foundation. In my classes you will work hard but never without cracking a smile. We will always leave having had a good laugh and well earned sweat.
